Hideaki Yuki

Born in 1987. Graduated from Mount Ida Campus, University of Massachusetts Amherst (USA) in 2011. Entered the maritime industry under the guidance of Hiroshi Minami, former president of Oshima Shipbuilding. As a shipbroker, he has built a strong track record in second-hand ship sales and chartering, with extensive connections in London and Greece. He is known for broad expertise across Sale & Lease Back, long-term chartering, spot chartering, and demolition brokerage.

Masahiro Miyata

Born in 1989. After graduating from Kanazawa University in 2011, he joined Daiichi Chuo Kisen Kaisha, working in finance on vessel operating accounts and in the chartering department on inquiries and operations. He joined NEWTON SHIP in 2022 and has been involved in numerous SLB transactions, with strong relationships among Kure shipowners. He has deep knowledge of charter party contracts and passed the Japanese tax accountant examination in 2024.

Keigo Miyazaki

Keigo Miyazaki

Born in 1983. After graduating from the University of Toronto, Canada in 2008, he participated in various projects at Goldman Sachs, BlackRock, and other financial institutions and consulting firms. He joined NEWTON SHIP in 2025 and leverages his finance background to structure Sale & Lease Back and related projects, with a strong focus on analysis.
